Google Tag Manager, Analytics & Ads
We use Google Tag Manager (container ID: GT-MQJ2N6Z8) to load and manage our tracking tags. It loads two services, both subject to your cookie consent:
Google Analytics (G-NQ30T35N5H) — measures website traffic, page views, session duration and user behaviour so we can understand how visitors use our site and improve it. Sets cookies _ga and _ga_NQ30T35N5H, each stored for up to 2 years.
Google Ads (AW-18259315505) — measures whether visits or calls result from our advertising campaigns, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later called us or submitted a ride request.
Neither service receives any data until you have actively accepted cookies via our consent banner. Google's own privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Chat assistant
If you accept cookies, an AI chat assistant is loaded from chatlab.com. It is an AI assistant, not a human. The messages you type in the chat are processed by chatlab.com (and the AI model providers they use) in order to answer you, and the service may store the conversation and use cookies or similar technologies to keep it going. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. Prices given in the chat are never binding. If you decline cookies, the chat is not loaded, and you can still reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the request form.
WhatsApp
The WhatsApp buttons on the site are ordinary links to wa.me. If you click one, you leave our site and your conversation with us takes place in WhatsApp (Meta), which has its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp before you click.
Address lookup (price calculator)
Our price calculator uses two free, external services to look up addresses and calculate driving distances:
Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) - converts the address text you type into geographic coordinates.
OSRM (Open Source Routing Machine) - calculates the driving distance and time between two coordinates.
The addresses you type are sent directly from your browser to these third-party services in order to perform the calculation. We do not store these addresses ourselves. Please refer to OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy for details on how they handle this data: OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.
Ride request and contact forms
When you submit our ride request form or contact form, the information you provide (name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination, date and time, return trip details and the calculator price estimate if you use them, and any other details you include) is sent by email to Danish Airport Taxi in order to process your request, and a confirmation email may be sent to the email address you provided. This data is used solely to handle your enquiry or ride request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at kontakt@danishairporttaxi.com.
Changes to this policy
